Acceptable Use Policy

01 Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") applies to anyone using the Nebion platform — Customers, their end users, and visitors of hosted Projects. It is part of the Terms of Service.

The intent is simple: keep the platform useful, secure, and respectful for everyone. Nebion is for legitimate web hosting; it is not a refuge for abuse, fraud, or attacks.

02 Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to host, store, transmit, or link to:

• Content that is unlawful in any jurisdiction where it is delivered, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), terrorism-related content, and incitement to violence.
• Material that infringes intellectual property rights or trade secrets.
• Content that constitutes defamation, harassment, threats, or hate speech against individuals or protected groups.
• Malware, ransomware, exploit kits, phishing kits, credential harvesters, or material designed to facilitate unauthorised access to systems.
• Material the publication of which violates a non-disclosure or confidentiality obligation.

03 Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) from Nebion infrastructure.
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks, port scans, or unauthorised penetration testing against third parties.
• Operate Tor exit nodes, anonymous proxies, or open mail relays from Nebion infrastructure.
• Mine cryptocurrency or run distributed proof-of-work workloads on shared compute tiers.
• Use the Service to circumvent sanctions or export controls.
• Attempt to access another Customer's data or platform internals beyond your authorised scope.
• Resell raw compute or bandwidth without an agency reseller agreement.

04 Fair use of shared resources

Some plans include resources on shared infrastructure (development, agency starter, shared compute). Sustained workloads that materially affect other tenants — such as long-running CPU-bound jobs, mass scraping, or unbounded background queues — must be moved to dedicated tiers.

We will reach out before taking action where practical, and offer migration assistance.

05 Reporting abuse

To report content or conduct that may breach this AUP, email hello@ws.agency with the relevant URL, evidence, and your contact details. We act on legitimate reports within 24 hours for urgent categories (CSAM, active phishing, malware) and 72 hours for everything else.

06 Enforcement

Where we identify a breach, we may, depending on severity:

• Notify you and request remediation within a stated period.
• Disable specific URLs, domains, or features.
• Suspend the affected Project.
• Terminate the account, with refund only of unused prepaid fees and not for usage-based charges already incurred.

For categories with urgent legal exposure (CSAM, active malware, ongoing attack), we may act without prior notice. Where we do, we notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

07 Changes

We may update the AUP to reflect new abuse patterns, legal developments, or product changes. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance by email or in-product notice.
