We're not hiring. But say hello anyway.
No open roles right now — and we'd still love to meet good people.
Nebion is a small team. When we hire, it's deliberate, it's slow, and it's almost always someone we'd already been talking to for months. If that sounds like a process worth starting — leave us your details below.

The kind of place we're trying to be.
Read these before you write. If they don't sound like a place you want to spend your weekdays — that's useful information for both of us.
There are five of us. There is no committee. If you ship it, it's yours — and so is the on-call rotation when something burns at 02:00. We trade scope for autonomy and we mean it.
Everyone here has run production in some form. We hire for taste built up over years of cleaning up after bad decisions — your own and other people's. If you've never owned something past launch, this isn't the place.
Working hours overlap CET. We meet in person twice a year in Zagreb. Async writing matters more than meetings. If your home setup looks like a real office, we'll help pay for the chair.
Postgres, Go, Traefik, Docker, plain HTML. We don't chase frameworks. We have strong opinions about caching, about retries, about what does and doesn't belong in a YAML file. You should too.
Salaries are benchmarked against EU senior engineering bands and adjusted for cost of living. We share the band before the first interview. No equity theatre — profit-share kicks in at the end of year two.
From first conversation to offer is usually 8–12 weeks. We do paid trials, never unpaid take-homes. If we say no, we tell you why. If we say yes, we mean it for the long haul.
Roles we'd open next, if we opened any.
None of these are advertised. We're listing them so you can decide whether your shape fits ours before you bother writing.
Go / Rust / Elixir. You've shipped a control plane that other engineers depend on. Comfortable in Linux internals, networking, and the unglamorous parts of distributed systems.
React, TypeScript, real CSS. You can hold the bar on UX without a designer in the room. You ship things that feel fast because you cared about it.
Comfortable owning the on-call pager. You think in SLOs, not uptime percentages. You can debug an OOM-killed container at 03:00 without losing your sense of humour.
You can read a deploy log and a tax invoice with equal patience. Native or near-native English; bonus for German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
Benchmarked salary in EUR. Reviewed twice a year. Shared upfront — no negotiation theatre.
Once you cross the two-year mark, you share in the upside. No options, no cliffs, no vesting drama.
Plus public holidays in your country. We track holidays we want you to take, not the ones you skip.
Private health top-up across the EU. Dental, mental, eyes. No fine print.
€2,000 in your first month for chair, desk, monitor, microphone. €500/year refresh after.
One in Zagreb, one wherever the team votes. Travel and lodging on us.
Tell us who you are.
We keep open applications on file for 12 months. When a role opens that fits, you're the first call. If nothing comes up — we'll tell you, not ghost you.
Subject line of “Hello, I'm [name]” goes a long way. We respond to all of them.
There is a lot of hostings. This one is mine.
