## FAQ

- **Shared vs dedicated?** Develop runs on shared (multi-tenant) resources — great for dev, staging, MVPs, light production. Business uses dedicated (non-shared) vCPU / RAM — no noisy neighbours, consistent performance under load. Advanced and Professional use single-tenant dedicated hardware.
- **Product vs Project?** A Product is the server. A Project is one deployable app — one public domain, one staging environment, and unlimited PR preview environments (bounded by your Product's resources). Develop and Business include 1 Project; extras are €9.99/mo. Agency Starter has no per-Project fee.
- **How many sites can I run on Agency Starter?** As many as the 8 vCPU / 16 GB / 256 GB server carries. Heavy Drupal or Magento: about 2. Small CMSes or brochure sites: 50+.
- **What is fair-usage bandwidth?** Covers normal production traffic. If we ever see sustained, unusual patterns we contact you before any action — never a surprise bill.
- **How does VAT work?** EU B2B with valid VAT ID = reverse charge (0% VAT). EU B2C = local VAT. Non-EU = no VAT.
- **Can I change size later?** Yes, any time, prorated.
- **Annual discount?** Not currently offered — monthly billing only.
- **Can I cancel?** Yes, any time — monthly billing, no lock-in.
- **Payment methods?** Credit card, SEPA, wire for Enterprise.
